- Go to High Holiday Thoughts: From one of my columns
Very interesting. I really did try to understand it all. I even Googled N'ila because my sister's name is Nila and I thought that was an interesting coincidence. I especially loved the part where the light was shining through the purple window. It made me think of the story in the New Testament of the Bible where Lydia was a seller of Purple. When I was a child, I thought that I would really love to "sell purple".

This is a great post Mal! I love the idea of starting fresh or anew each year. It is such a great premise, too much of the past can dominate the present and we can miss out on doing the Lord's work in the right way! sammy
