I really have a hard time speaking with customer service in other countries
when I can't understand them and they can't understand me. I really get upset when I need someone to speak with and all the company has to offer is some foreign center with no english speaking support.
But you do not understand how those jobs ended up in other countries, if you think it is lack of our eductional ability and knowledge, cause its not.

THE REST OF THE WORLD ADVANCING
I just want to see us take care of home first. Just as a family should take care of its own. Educate home first. Then send the educated out to help the rest of the world.

I read recently where call centers are exiting India and coming back to America! How long the transition will take is beyond me! I have a hard time understanding the thick accents, too! But, I am currently being helped by a person who is very knowledgable and very compassionate! sam
