You have so many interesting things to write about. I'm especially interested in the two old men. (being silly here - LOL)

Sam,
although she is a sweet girl and an excellent mother, my DIL unfortunately is not a very 'sociable' person. I say unfortunate, because my son was raised with lots of activity and visitors - it does cause a bit of tension now and then. There is no way that baby will be out of her sight before he's walking.

Too bad we're so far apart; Guy's service would be welcome! Fortunately, the banks here in Canada are still backing projects like this - I guess we were hit less hard by the crash. I can't wait to actually open and welcome our first residents.

Thanks Justi,
and yes, I'll keep you all up to date on the progress. I just got back from the babysitting, and still have the glow on, LOL. Those rascals have their little fingers twisted around my heart!

I just adore this idea of yours! What a fantastic thing by the young agent! His job is more than sales and I believe he will be very successful! Now have fun with your grandchildren! I am surprised she not express her milk so you could have them all! lol sam

The more I hear about your home for seniors, the more I like the idea.
Did I mention that my son "Guy" is a commercial appraiser specializing in nursing homes and hospital facilities? At one time he wanted to set up a facility near here, but then the economy crashed and the would-be partners' funding dried up, and his earnings took a nose dive, too.
