Re: Rockingrector
Thank you for looking at it R.R. I am hoping to post some old fashioned pinks later but I bought them a bit late, Not having ever had much luck with them in the garden I am trying them in pots. I had some years ago when I was a boy and suddenly I had a yearning for them.

That has such a wonderful glow to it. I would love to see that in person! Looking at it I think of fire, but I also feel calmed by it.

Re:
Well Shobana sometimes we do things subconsciously I would try and press a couple before they fade, we always pressed flowers when we were young I seem to remember putting them between tissue paper inside a thick book, Funnily enough about a fortnight ago my sister gave me a small press which she picked up at a boot sale I expect. I meant to press some Auriculas but forgot. Well you were with your Dad when he passed, you couldn't wish to see him suffer as sometimes people do, it takes almost a year so it is said to feel free from grief and it is a horrible pain, I hope your mother is managing, I know they loved each other deeply, sadly people change when they have illness and sometimes say things that have no deep meaning. I know all about that, it is just the mind, not the heart.

This is absolutely gorgeous CC. magnificent colour. You know CC, just to share with you this. On the day my dad died, I bought beautiful white carnations for my vase at home. Normally I get a mixture of colors but somehow on that day I got them all in white...and he came to my home to visit me and passed away there. When I look at these flowers, I always wonder at why I bought the flowers in white on that day. It somehow seemse a forewarning.

Re: this is so special. so beautiful the colours I love I could just hold this
I see Kabu do you think he will like it when it is dry, it will be interesting to find out. Perhaps it tastes mousey, sort of a locust smell. I bet you can remember locust beans my Mum told me that the kids used to go to the cattles troughs to find it. I remember vaguely chewing on them they were sweet and liquorice flavor, but probably banned now for hygienic reasons
