You got it done anyway and came out alright!! Glad to hear it. Ginger Root pills help my aches and pains, but I do not know if you might be sensitive to them too. A warm or hot bath with scented bubble bath can be good!

Kabu that looks very much like a staddle stone one that used to be put under ricks perhaps not a prime example but many years ago could a farm laborer from England have tried to fashion a few to preserve a crop of hay in the pioneering days. I have quite a few like that with tops and will send you a couple providing you pay postage. I am not going to grumble at you, I do silly things myself, but one finds it better not to move these things around.

That is some rock you got there. Reminds me of one at a house about three or four miles from the house I live at now. It looks neat to transport...Anxiety attacks can be so scary. I am glad to read that everything is seemingly better.
