Wonderful it is to show people a new creation at one's house...Brunch is definitely a great time to eat for those wanting something more casual.

To be sure it is nice to be able to cook, you seem to be able to make magic out of anything. I was trying to find out what one could do with gooseberries. I have to watch them they become red  and ripe and overnight the birds seem to take them.

Porch-warming ceremony, huh? And what better way than a Brunch out?

Sounds like a lovely way to christen the new screen porch.
Mother used to make a fabulous strawberry-rhubarb pie. Topped with a dab of unsweetened whipped cream and there's nothing better on a summer morning. I hope you all have a fabulous brunch!
