I see that you are
learning many valuable lessons from your dad--and not just about running a business and repairing broken machinery! He is an excellent role model, FSI.

I was excited to read that your Dad kept a cool head, I know that is how you will handle things, too! He is a fine example! It is amazing the amount of trouble a power outage can give a business! It seems like it takes such a long time to get things back to operational mode! I thought the idea of the colored coins was awesome, very clever, indeed! And I was glad to read that your cousin will be helping you! I look forward to hearing of your creations! I think it will be exciting for you and don't be afraid to try to make anything that catching your eye and never be fearful if the recipe fails, it's all part of the process. When I tried something new I always had a standby, usually a favorite that could be substituted if it went miserably! And it did, I over used ginger once, and all I can say is ouch and lol! sam

Interesting to read of all your problems and how you go about solving them without it even upsetting you or making you uptight.

FSI
Sometimes when reading about the many problems you guys encounter I'm reminded of that old tune so wonderfully sung by Louis Armstrong - 'Nobody knows the trouble I've seen...'

Good Heavens FS I used to think I had problems when I couldn't get my tractor to start, mind it was a bit hairy I had become surrounded with houses and ripe poultry manure is an acquired scent. Hope this was sorted, at least it wasn't anyone involved, good crew. Be lucky. C.C.
