CC is of course right it is a long hedge and if we can get it to grow and
thicken it willovercome the weeds itself eventually....sothe work is worth whileand willcome toan end. Today is a rest day...dictated by the fact that we have to stop being forced to crawl and roll around the house  because we are too tired to stand upright. LOL Thanks for the visit gang.

You poor things it is such a long hedge but one good thing when it grows a bit more the weeds won't stand so much chance even if a few do creep up near the roots. I'm like you and Wiley, I want to get things done and finish. It is the old pioneering spirit Kabu.

That is really quite a massive amount of work for the two of you Kabu but the picture looks so surreal. Lovely.

What's great about it, is that it seems you two work well together.

A good sense of accomplishment, yes, but
it always seems that weeding, laundry, dusting and dishes give us that feeling only to always return for more.

Please be careful of so much work. It is all worth it I am sure but don't overdo it. Be blessed dear.

I enjoy reading back through your posts, Kabu. It feels like I'm sitting there watching you (of course not! I'd be helping out!!! But you'd have to give directions...I'm not much of a gardener) and passing the time with you & Wiley and the boss cat.

300 feet is like six 50-foot lots in the city.  So you need at least six people to do the work on that hedge--four more besides you and WileyJohn.  Even then it would still be hard work.
