to be in business today one must have a huge pool of resources just to keep the business going long term. I admire you, but I wouldn't want to have to be responsible for it. Good entry.

Good decisions make for a good outcome.
I've gotta remember this...LOL! Hiring the right people and having the right people around you and in the right places, okay I'm rambling on. But if people were perfect they'd never learn anything more. It's great that there's less stress for you and your family.

Reduced stress level is such a blessing in any walk of life.
Stress is a killer. It is the reason that I retired when I did at age 67. It was causing my BP to be consistantly high.

Stress can be a killer, figuratively but also literally, of course. And it surprises me that gas stations don't make any money on the gas - with the prices I have to pay at the pump, I thought all gas stations owners were millionaires...Goes to show you what

Streamlining things is having a positive affect on all. I have heard that about gasoline, that there is little money in it for the dealer. Boy does the company make a ton though!!!

It's amazing how a little less stress can actually change a person's personality and outlook. I am experiencing this myself lately and have been pleasantly surprised.
