Re: elysianfields
Aba I truly understand of 'cumbrous projects' --- You keep focused and meanwhile, we'll be here (as much as we can) and I will remember as you say, 'keep my pot right upturned)  Ely

It's true...the reason for everything under the sun seems only for God to know and understand. Very insightful.

PoetRaye - Re: Deep and worthy of pondering..
Did you know PoetR, I just love to provoke thoughts; it teaches me a lot in the process, and the comments from the likes of you attests to the fact that my thoughts were not directionless (because at times they are), and I am not quite sure whether to write about them or not. At other times I gather up my courage that I am going to go ahead, and it is a pleasure to see great poetesses, like yourself, like them. So, thanks a ton from the bottom of my .

When rain falls, it falls unconditionally on the just and the just alike. The difference is that those who are with faith and devotion they make it a point to keep thier pots straight so that the nectarine waters can collect. and those unjust and full of doubts about His Benevolence, keep the pot upturned. They miss. I loved your visiting after so many days,. You too, are in my thoughts, it's only that I am distracted with the cumbrous projects at hand. Am presently working on future mobile application and intelligence. Spring break is over. But blog and you all dear readers are my passion, so I can only make good of whatever I can. I'll sure come to enjoy some of the beautiful nature poetries you must have written which I missed.~Aba

Deep and worthy of pondering..
Love, nature, injustice, evil, free will and/or karma...lessons, teachers, pain, wisdom..?..just kind of streaming my reactions to the inscrutability of creation and destruction..:)
Amazing and thought evocative!

ah yes, shades of Matthew 5:45 - "He lets rain fall on them whether they are just or unjust".  My dear Aba, it's been a while since I have read and I have missed you my dear friend.  I was just thinking of you this morning...Great poem here marking the Power and I feel, the Love of God - as the Father- His wisdom I feel, we need not question. I feel your understanding. Ely

I believe; and who is man to question! I prefer to rely on Him for knowledge, understanding and wisdom! But, mostly I love the fact that I am loved by Him and I need not justify it to anyone for it is in the eye of the beholder at the end of the day! Awesome, poignant and matter of fact imagery as well! Shelly
