It's so wrong for any child... for you to have suffered and with this kind of instability and fear.  You are stronger for having endured this...  An ex-boyfriend of mine from another country also suffered this way. War is so primitive and solves nothing, I hate it. Here in America I'm sheltered as are so many from the horrors of war, that only soldiers are suppose to endure, and it's scary to think one day that could change. I will take nothing for granted.

Tzippy - I truly never realized this - all you write of.  I consider you an Angel - determined - and certainly having gone through the fires of life you are as seemingly, unscathed; your heart is 'real' in your writing - empathetic and sympathetic, compassionate and as Sinome relates, as tender with an innocence bearing your inner child's awareness. Elyse (moved by your blog here)

Far too much for a child to bear

I did not know how much you have been through as a child. I read about your father having passed and was obviously already aware of that. No one should have to go through what you have done. I am so glad that you are sharing your story despite the difficult things you have to endure.

While it's not uncommon for a child to feel alone, I think its terrible for a young child to lose her sense of permanence, one of the true blessings of childhood...

I love the way you can write from your inner child... thinking like her and feeling what she felt.  That is a gift my dear... you are a lucky one to be able to reach inside and bring that little girl out.  Excellent write as always xoxoxo

Sometimes we learn this lesson early.
I'm not sure I prefer it to living in blissful ignorance for a little longer. It's one of the themes that artists project in their work (writers, painters, composers, dancers, etc.) that sense of being outside somehow, that others know some secret we aren't privy to. Drives some people over the edge.

I liked the quote of your realization Tzippy and how true that is.

My goodness that is quite a realization for such a young child! How terrible to consider being an orphan! It was helpful to have two friends in this transition! Here is Part 10 I was thinking about your last blog and this is another way to get a visit! lol sam Happy Easter, too!!!!!
