Being almost compulsively punctual, I absolutely hate having to wait for people - I think its completely rude and inconsiderate! I'd have a hard time remaining polite, but under the circumstances I guess you have no choice...

Try reciting long poetry in your head - The Night Before Christmas, The Raven, The Charge of the Light Brigade . . . etc.  However, learning them can be aggravating.

Patience is a learning virtue I find - I'm more patient than most of my family, friends - co-workers and such - the only thing I can think of doing is keeing your mind busy on calming thoughts - whistling  --- doing a little tap dance (practicing Ginger Rodgers) --- drinking water with lemon??? okay so I heard that works or simply --- telling yourself to 'calm down' and trust.  I think those are some of the things that get me through - it's been trained in me since young life.  xoxox thinking of ya' ~ Elyse
