Yeah, they shouldn't restrict you when it comes to something like that. Some of those folks get precious little one on one, as is.

What a tough one! I think that since you are a volunteer you should be able to pick and choose how you interact with these gentlemen! I believe there is a comfort zone and it would be an utter shame to disrupt it! I think you were wise to take it all in and not get into any of it with her! You now have the opportunity to work through your thoughts and how you would spend your time and makes changes according to what is best for you and the guys and not what Tammy would like to see! They count on that time with you and it would be a shame to disrupt it! sam

It's so difficult when somebody relatively fresh comes along and tries to change what is working perfectly well. As you say, Tammy may not have the whole picture. As ed regularly says, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
