Yea facebook definitely helps you reconnect, sometimes there's some drama...but for the most part I've been reconnected with people I went to elementary and middle schoo with, it's kind of amazing, the power of technology.

I've heard that about Facebook, how valuable it is. I got on there and started getting invitations to be friends from the grandsons of foster parents....and a recently divorced cousin of my husband that claimed that the internet had ruined his marriage. It was all a little weird, so I got back off. Perhaps I should reconsider. I'm told that you always have a choice on if you accept them as 'friends' or not, and that it's no big deal if you 'deny' them. Because running into valuable people from my past would be amazing.

FSI - I don't have facebook but my girls do and my lecturer in French was a Sister Lafleur eons ago...
