after you feel better you will be ready for the real healing,just wait and see. Its one step at a time. Remember to forgive your parents for they know not what they do

Therapy is helping me immensely, and knowing that I have friends like you here on BlogIt helps more than you can know. I'm currently stressing out that Caulin's flight is being delayed for two hours. My husband is there with him, but he's now going to miss his connector, and his step-mother is trying to get him a new flight out of Chicago. Good grief. Nothing worse than winter travel plans.

All of that is simply how they feel! You can't control it; they are unhappy about having had children and that is why they think you shouldn't! You are raising yourself now so to speak and you have three children, set the world on fire and show your mettle!! sam

its great that you are realizing that you need help
and that you are getting help, there is nothing more important than that. As for your life, your parents telling you were second choice is just a plain stupid and mean thing to tell a child growing up. Of course it should not make you feel bad, but of course it WOULD make any kid feel like shit.
your mother telling you she wouldnt have had any kids has really nothing to do with you, its her satisfaction or unsatifaction from her own life.
