I'm not sure if this will help, but what I drew on in the final days of my sister's life was to take a mental step back from the fatique and overwhelming sense of hopelessness and remind myself that this too shall pass. I am overwhelmed right now but at some point in the future it will be over. I had to learn to accept it would happen in God's time and not in my time.
I continue to pray for you. What you are doing is beyond courageous and loving. God bless you.
