That is one solid argument. how can you deport a 13 year old and send her to a place where she has no one just because she won't take a vaccine? it's not like you can catch cervical cancer from someone by merely being in the same country!!!

I never understand some of the things we do as a country! She is an American citizen in my thinking! To not allow her the waiver is absurd, her rationale is superlative! sam
