Buying time
   Thank you for posting this poignant story. It is similar in theme to the song," Cats in the cradle." Having recently lost my father, I am spending more time with my mother. Soon enough, I won't have that option, and would gladly pay for another hour.

Snow

I’ve actually seen a rendition of this in a TV commercial (a Christian TV ad).  The little boy wanting to buy some of his Dad’s time…. Pretty sad but often true.
