Only one professor didn’t I return to pick up her comments on my story. I didn’t agree with the stance of teaching that the school practiced. BC-A, Bill’s RJJst

My youngest sister got her degree in education intending to teach high school English.  After doing her student teaching, she changed her mind and got a completely different position.  I wonder if feedback had anything to do with her decision not to teach.

My son did a teaching course byt ditched teaching before he ever really started. Best thing he ever did. I don't know whether or not there was a Tina in his decision....

After college
I thoughtI wanted to teach and got a place on a course in London but, when it came to it, I realised it was the last thing I was equipped to do. Interesting read.

Tina Nadler.
When I read your blog I often ask myself the question; will he or won't he one day go back and finish his diploma and go into teaching?  If you do go back, I get the impression you will be a very good teacher. You are conscientious and interested in how people tick.

Nice cliffhanger,, I want to know now!! lol I think that teaching is very difficult and the classroom in college is a far cry from the reality of the classroom one is in charge of! I have to admit I lasted one year in the classroom and went for the money in administration! My initial motivating factor was that I was not going to bang my head against the wall to get kids to understand the importance of learning! I think it is a correct assessment on the emotional attachment to Tina affected the perspective you had regarding her evaluation! sam

Interesting entry...I do think it can be hard to take criticisms by those
we are attracted to, but at least she was thinking about you in the process...know what I mean?   BTW, don't let past rejections hold you back.  Truly!
