Rucksacks and hiking boots apart from being essential for serious hiking can even be trendy.* As Ariala so rightly says any decent rucksack will have room for elegant shoes - if the need arises.

I love hiking and nature...I could live quite happily in the woods, myself
(with nice high heeled shoes in my backpack, just in case) LOL
