Your'e a woman after my own heart, vogue - no rucksacks for me either (does a pullalong bag count as backpacking?). It sounds like this is an amazing experience.

Wow I do envy you... it sounds like you are having a grand time... Did you know that Rosalia de Castro was the illegitimate daughter of a catholic priest??? or so they say loll Let me explain how I know that...as a child in Catholic school her poetry books were in the list of banned works... so needless to say that I read them both loll I never knew why she was banned because her poetry was good but uneventful... no sex... no violence... and then I found out she was a priest's bastard loll They ( the nuns) probably consider her not "kosher" loll anyway... I digress... Don't forget to take a tour of the night life... its really something with their tapas and vino... you will get a kick our of it. Take care of you xoxoxo

It all sounds both exciting and positive. Good luck for your meeting with the publisher. How do you back-pack without a back-pack?
Only joking!
