I don't know , my husband and I are both natural leaders, so neither can really relinquish that captain role. We're both strong-headed, and it makes for some tough fights, but we have a lot of fun!

Very thought-provoking post! About leadership: I.M.O. it all depends. Nobody is qualified to lead in all aspects of a relationship. It is necessary to decide where one strengths lie and then agree about who decides what.
