You're right about the Twins, sam
It seems like they never give up on any game until the last out is recorded.  That's why I consider them our main competion.  It was good to see Ordonez break out offensively today.  It's just a shame no one else stepped up offensively.  Poor Edwin Jackson must think he's never going to get another win.  Even when he pitches well enough to win the bullpen blows it for him.  With a little help from the bullpen and some run support he could be sitting on 10 or 11 wins instead of being stuck at 6-4.

I thought he was going to have to come out of the game when he fouled the knuckle ball into a very tender area! It was horrible but he hung in there and got the first single and then he continued! Magglio is having a good day by producing all the offense! The Twins have such good hitters, it makes it difficult to eat them! They have one of the greatest never say die attitude I have seen in baseball, year after year! sam

Me, too, kingmi
Especially when my Tigers manage to win it.  My schedule says we play one of your favorite teams, the Yankees, right after the All Star Game break.  It could prove to be an interesting matchup.  Your Yankees clubbed us into submission at Comerica.  I hope we can return the favor at the New Yankee Stadium.
