Myspace, Facebook, blogs, etc. are all arenas where people tend to rant not realizing that an employer, a friend, or the person they are ranting about can read without too much detective work. I don’t think most people realize just how careful they should be. These days even potential employers Google someone’s name and if, for example, the picture you paint of yourself is one of a party person, a drinker, a loosely spoken person, etc. they’ll chuck your resume in the garbage. The world has become somewhat of an open book...so we must be cautious what we write on those pages.
