Glad to see you have arrived safely! One never knows with those camels! And you have water, and even electricity? At least as long as the batteries last, I guess...
As to the other stuff, when I fly I still call these folks 'stewards' and 'stewardesses', which annoys them no end, I'm sure, but what are they gonna do, tell me to leave? And they can't even pee in my wine, 'cause I'd know it if the top on that silly little bottle were broken...

Glad you arrived safely. Enjoy your stay. Even if the service on the plane did not live up to the service-provider's title, I've got a feeling that Turkish service is very good. At least that was the impression I got when I was there.

The more presumptuous the title - the less done
I often find that the more presumptuous one's title the less they do. It is quite silly really and I almost feel inspired to write a poem on it. Toilet cleaners could now be called Sanitation And Waste Disposal Experts and they could have the acronym SAWDE's ...
