He
rang you to tell this. I know you love/d him and all but that's appalling on his part, you don't just ring someone about this, not when they are in the same place, no, no, no, not with your past history. I don't think he can have any idea. I know you love/d him and all but you deserve better than him. That's the only thought I would be settling on. Step away today if you can. Go and have a chardonnay in a pub by a river, just step away for today. You need a little time. But you will be OK.
