I'm sorry to hear about your brother, it must be very hard for you to bear.
Writing is very therapeutic and I think you should go on writing. It's probably not enough though. Are you getting any professional help, both for your eating disorder and the inevitable stress due to your brother's death?

Everybody is cutting down their visits to restaurants.
So, you aren't alone there. It sounds like you prepared a good (probably more healthy) meal for yourself at home. Sorry about your brother. I cannot imagine how that tragedy would effect me.

I am sorry about your brother! So sad when the fight is gone! You handled the best way you could! You love him and understand and that could never be viewed as not honoring him! I think love is the greatest honor one can bestow upon another! Hang in there and keep fighting the addiction and you will prevail! I have every confidence in you! sam
