So far so good!

It has been a good morning foodwise. I took my Uncle Chris to the doctor, then to a buffet and then cleaned his house. He is not well and has a lot of medications which I dip into on occasion. Today was actually a really, really good day.

I woke up today with a desire to really try and have a good day. I did try to stick somewhat to a meal plan which, I must admit, does help. About this Blog

I have been told that I will die of terminal uniqueness. I have wanted to blog about the insanity of my crazy addicted life, with the main addiction being food. Maybe in the course of this, I will find someone who I can relate to. Because to tell you the truth, I have never met anyone as "bad" as myself. I want to know there are others out there that do and think the same things I do.
