If you were to follow the majority of those "down on their luck" you would see them walk to their parked (hdden) high dollar vehicle and drive home to their high dollar home.

It's like the scam where people tell you they are on thier way to see thier mother but they need money for gas. Yeah, right!

If they were genuine collectors they'd have some ID saying so. Sounds like their charity is close to home.
