Haven't had coconut in a while. Doesn't seem to difficult to make. Looks tasty...I think red would work for me.

 lol, I suppose green isn't everyone's favourite to eat. Have always made it in pink, but this time I guess I wanted a change.

Beautiful photo! As I'm fighting the battle of the bulge, I would not dare to try the recipe!  Have you got any tasty low-calorie recipes?
