EX TURPI
Thank you! And you are no longer in the bush? I wouldn't want to live anywhere else....mosquitos (soon to arrive) can't even change my mind! LOL.

Re: Lovely faces!
Thank you, Malcolm - they are. One is gone now...my Beef. He was a grand old fellow, and I missed him terribly.

LMAO Taps!
And now we're the best of friends, tho' he still gives me a hard time now & then. His character is all his own...but I respect that. I love him the way he is...now. LOL!

Thank you Vogue
for the comments on the pictures. Luckily, a fellow-blogger, Nautikos, helped this technical 'duh' to finally learn how to post them. LOL!

Amazingly, you are such a friend although we have never met. Perhaps, you will not be surprised that I often introduce myself as one "from the bush'. And it is true, I grew up in the bush.

Oh it works, it works. Such nice pics. Thanks for your kind words my dear co-smoker and yes, I agree, our own home is our own castle and who comes visit does so at his/her peril.

Re: Whaahh I miss my Bobi dog so much
I'm sorry Norwood! When I lost Beef, I was upset too. And I agree...dogs are sometimes much easier to get along with than some humans!

Whaahh I miss my Bobi dog so much

She died on the 19 of November last year in 2008 and so yes I know what it is to lose a friend that has been around for 12 years .She was a great dog and your pics set me off into nostalgia again.

They are wonderful animals - dogs. Better than many humans.

Re: simply adorable!
Thank you BCA! I'm like a momma with her children - just love to hear people tell me how sweet my doggies are!

Re: Great dogs and our Wiley one is just hopeless around big dogs.
Then it's a good thing he has you there to protect him, huh Kabu? Yes, from your writing I can see how you would get along fine with my dogs. Animals seem to know when a human is an animal-lover. They'd be very warm and protective with you, for sure!

Thank you WileyJohn!
And I know most people are wary of the breed, but Bud is a sweetheart, once one knows how to handle him. And yes - we have the Irish from my maternal Grandfather - Mansel (his name) could kiss the blarney stone with the best of them! LOL!

No TAPS, not a wimp.
I've seen policemen back away from that stare. They stopped in to ask about an event in the area, started to get out of their car, but hopped right back in when they saw Bud standing there, fixing them with his baleful eyes! I guess I wasn't 'sposed to laugh, but I couldn't help it. They were not impressed! LOL!

Those doggies have a lovely and gutsy mum. Sure and ya have the look of the Irish on your lovely young face. Now that Pitbull is another matter and I won't say a word in case he can read, me and pitbulls wouldn't get along. LOL

Your dogs are absolutely beautiful ! So are you, I might add !!! Something I wanted to mention before, I'm writing aa fictional story and your dogs names are like some of my character's names.
