Skye
Enjoy those “moments” and it seems like Richard still provides them from time to time.

It's a gift to read your journal, your ability to decide not to have a
pity party, your strength in meeting each day as it comes, is inspirational. I hope some time in the future you can collect these journal entries and put them into one volume -- maybe get it published. There are lots of people who could benefit from your story.

You are so positive.....yes, we have to count our blessings, and see the glass as half full, not half empty. God bless. Nita.

Oh my gawd! I was also watching Monk all day while doing laundry ( how glamorous...no?) I luuuve Monk! Its great to meet another Monk fan. I got to tell you sly that I admire the way you look at everything is such a positive way. By the way, what ever happened with your ex coming to stay with you so that you could take care of him? I have been thinking about that and about what a great person you are to even offer to do it. With all you have on your plate it amazes me that you could be so generous. Richard is a lucky man to have you sweetie... and I know what you mean about those little moments and how one retires them to memory... Stay well Sky and know I always keep you in my prayers. xoxo

You are absolutely right Skye....
Being joyful is a choice. As we count our blessings, naming them one by one, how can we not be happy? Amidst the hardships and trials God is with us. If He brings us to it, He will bring us through it! Blessings on you and Richard!
