Love that photo of your grandaughter and the village!
I remember playing with the figures of my mom's nativity scene when I was a kid.   Mom would have to set it up all over again! hahahaha

What beautiful and "cheerful" photographs!  Really feels like Christmas is here! God bless. Nita.

Go to fullsize imageI had to come back for another look.  That is such a darling picture of Zoe setting up the Christmas village.  Just love it (and her).  She is a darling.

Maybe this is what's meant when they say Christmas is made for children!
A few years ago, I was visiting someone for a while during the winter, and the room I was given had a wall of windows looking down a wooded hillside into a cul-de-sac of homes, and at night in the snow, when the street- and house-lights were on, it was like looking down into the old Christmas Village under the tree.  It was enchanting!

Oh-h-h-h, I love it.
I'm like a little child when it comes to Christmas decorations, lights, trees, music, etc.
It makes my heart feel pure again.

NO, NO!  Don’t send the village off yet!  It sounds like it’s still invokes a sense of imagination and a myriad of memories.  Can’t be sending it off to Annie just yet.

Feels so cozy- and a comforting tradition.  Zoe is a little beauty - made more beautiful by the glow of the Christmas Town.  Lovely.  Thanks for inviting us in.... Mal
