Sam I feel very much the same way! Most are pretty tired of it all. I was in a friends chat for her radio show today and watched someone leave because politics came up. I think overall most just want to get on with life now.

I've been clamoring for years....
....that America needs to ban private money from the elections, thereby giving third-party candidates an equal chance, which could add balance to the current political imbalance of ideological extremes.
Unfortunately, it will never happen in my lifetime.

LOL Naut,
I wouldn't participate in it but every now and again, I ran across a post that was full of yeah and your mother wears Army boots kind of attitude going on. It's exhausting for me. I deal with the drama of other people's lives everyday in my work. I come here to kick back and enjoy the company of friends. I so hope it can get back to that.

This election has carried many passions and not all of them have been pretty. But this is a mandate of change, learning from past mistakes and I hope the beginning of healing our most wounding divisions. May we all strive toward our common interests.
