Seems like you know a number of techniques to achieve relaxation but the absence of sleep which then contributes to your pain cycle must be a challenge to work around.  With my FM, if I don't get at least 7-8 hours I struggle with the pain all day.  Sleep - it's so necessary.

The calm that emanates from your posts even though you are describing such chaos never ceases to amaze me.  You are an amzing woman :-) I hope you were able to rest.
