Sinome
“Life eating life” is a line the almost stands on its own.  Your poems are always extremely introspective but this one took us down a very different path – awareness, harsh realities, and then hopefulness that we can rise above the downward spiral.  Very powerful piece!

Absolutely Fabulous
This illusion we call life is only sustained as we let the ego override the true spirit within. Great Write

So very powerful. And talking about the subject: for me the lowest of the low is people. or rather "two legged animals" who steal from dead accident or disaster victims. How does your IN box look today?

"Look, look to the well of silent power which knows no disturbances,
which remains for ever unscathed,
undefeated, immortal.
For that is the essence of our lives," A wealth of understanding in your poems Marta Always thoughful and thought provoking. Excellent again.

My poetry is so trite.....my soapboxes are where I let it rip.....your poetry is where you let it rip.....and so beautifully, and so much more powerfully than soapboxes can ever speak.  This is reminiscent of one of my favorite sayings and one that I personally champion since I am an unabashed crier...."Tears wash the dust from the soul".....  We are what we are....and that is beautiful, in spite of it all.....

A strong and intense ...

... poem, well done ... with your eyes that don't deny the horror of life, as well as you sense towards the source of peace, expressed to all of us as silence.

I like the way you open up for what too easily; could be hidden and supressed, in fear of waking up negativity ... when negativity is faced it will lose its power ... and then; silence could 'talk' out loud about its necessity and its beautiful sound - - genio

Sinome, some lines and imagery jumped out at me and helped calm

the troubled waters of "life eating life" (which is quite the image in itself):

"the debris of living".."the well of silent power which knows no disturbances"...

"what outward might can destroy the power which is the very basis of the human heart"

I could go on and just end up rewriting your entire poem....:)
