I don't know how you manage all this. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and I am so tired most of the time. I don't know really how long I have had it but I was diagnosed almost 15 years ago. I am 72 and I pray you give yourself permission to rest, eat well and allow the Lord to bless you. I shall pray for you. You are a giver for sure.
