i am a survivor of many horrible atrocities committed upon me as a child and young adult. my life is filled with horror and trauma and the worst part is that I was abused, had to live through many years of it, felt the horror and pain and now to get my mind back I have to live through the abuse again and again feel the horrors and pain. I am so tired already and i know i have such a long way to go... thanks for your post...
