I can relate

things will get better.  It will go faster the more you can forgive.  I know a hard thing to do but from experience it does.  The mantra I use is : "You are a spirit of innocence and love, all is forgven and all is released."  Say for yourself and when you think of him. Before you know it all things will be better.
