The only library is at the high school and in a town full of ex's (ex-husband, who uses the computer room), ex-mother in law who makes me forget I can a level of class and decorum, ex ex ex! I'll suffer without the net for a couple of hours.

I remember those days. I am much happier with my DSL but boy I wish they would get it moving at lightening speed again. I am sure it is still faster than the dial up was but it feels darned slow!

When I first started on internet years ago, I had dial up. No one could even use the telephone while I was on computer. Things are so much better now. I had forgotten the evils of dial up until you mentioned it here.
