Hey!
Me too...I love to get all mucky on my mountain bike....cycling is another example of a sport dogged by controversy in the recent past and in desperate need of new figureheads....maybe Beijing will have provided that and it will encourage youngsters to jump on their bikes, get fit and have fun! So when you see Kristen passing you by on her bike give her a wave and say 'well done' from me!

Bolt (love to watch him run) and Phelps were wonderful! I am a cyclist and to have Kristen Armstrong, who is from my town, win the gold in time trials was beyond awesome! sam
