Learning to love
Learning to love one's self is one of the hardest life lessons to learn but when you do find the love your within your core it radiates outwardly like circles created by a pebble in water. The Law of Attraction states you get back what you radiate; like attracts like. The mantra I use is: "I am a spirit if innocence and love; all is forgiven and all is released."

We all need to face criticism from time to time. If it is too hard to handle right here and now, think of it as being given to someone else. Take some time and then judge for yourself if you think it is fair or not. If you can't acknowledge it you will not learn from it either.
