The first step is to change your thoughts and what you say about yourself. It is a challenge but start by loving yourself and saying it as you look at your reflection.

Poignant verses, beautifully written. How do we find ourselves again...well I think the truth is we are never lost to ourselves, we are still there inside our heart and soul... the trick is to pull out that part of us that has been buried by all that life has thrown at us. I would start by looking at that reflection... honestly and openly and telling her that this moment is the beginning of the rest of her life, and things are going to be different. From there is up to both of you, you and your lost self to figure out what you want to change and change it. Take the first step and the next one and then one more... Good luck my friend.
