I'm against the war. Not because I think peace is the way to go, but because I disagree with the way it was handled.
Sometimes, peoples reasons for being against the war are not so cut and dry. It's not always a matter of Fight or Flight--there are ways that this whole mess could have been handled, with swiftness and a mind for justice.
I'm young, but not naive. And I'm only rarely a brat (I might be being just a tad bratty here, though!). Disagreeing with a military action doesn't make me a bleeding heart liberal either.
Incidently, you've given me quite a lot to think about, and I'm really enjoying your posts!

You write an accurate description of the world. However I think that the War in Iraq involves complicated Islamic principles that go deeper and further back than the American Civil War. We fought it ourselves without foreign allies on either side. We should pull out.
