Sam444, thank you so much for your comment. I am willimg to lose $illions as a tdeacher, if it means helping young people bridge that span from rash to reasoned, from heartache to healing, from hype to hope, from ignorance to fullness of potential. I'm in there doing it every day.

I think this essay makes tremendous sense. I was at Glenb. blog and I think that whomever is elected president is going to meet with great opposition because it is a good ole boys club and whatever party control congress with have the decided edge. Souls have been broken in this country for years. If the next president could foster hope and a new direction he has a chance for success. I personally think it stinks that people agree paid less than their worth. As a female school administrator I was severely under paid because I was a women. Although no one can feel the pain of prejudice I felt the sting to the tune of a half million dollars lost during my career. sam
