I would just love to have an organic vegetable basket delivered to me each week. I don't think anyone does that here. I live in an apartment complex now so I can't grow a garden, but my son lives only a mile away and he plants a big garden. It is still early for garden here so I have only had parsely, chives and dill weed from his garden so far this year. Soon there will be plenty though. He loves for me to make requests for things to grow. This year, for the first time he is growing rocket, eggplant and okra at my request, and rosemary added to the herb garden.

Good idea. Whitsun is of course a much more important date in Europe as it is in many other places of the world. Where exactly do you live? I always like to read entries from a fellow European.
They eat them don't they?
