dog sense
I loved this one! Makes so much sense, and I'm a cat person generally. Good enough to copy and send around my email list!

An extremely important omission.... Always mark your territory...a piss with one leg raised will do...... on something firm like a fire hydrant, tree, electricity pole, fence post or car tire!

LOL, great advice! I don't think that dogs get the credit that they
deserve at times.

Interesting!
And I am very happy that you pointed out to the Purple Mermaid that you only had figurative butt-sniffing in mind! I was beginning to formulate explanations I could offer to family, friends and especially new acquaintances for initiating that practice - but this makes my life so much easier...

Vogue You crack me up LOL!
You can learn heaps from our animal friends. Dogs can definitely teach the human race so much it is mind boggling. We have a dog and one red hen. She is a very smart hen. If I don't put her to bed in time she jumps up on the clothes line to sleep until I come to put her in her pen.
She realises if the Husky Bobi gets into the back yard while she is sleeping, she is done for unless she is up high. She is a clever cookie.
Thanks for the comment on my blog too!
