Beautiful metaphors, flowing verse,  I just love this lines: "
She fears her vessel is weakening
Maybe she will be the sunrise her eyes have sought
breaking an unknown distant horizon"
I can identify with that feeling, even though I am no goddess :-),  the feeling of not being able to take it anymore, and not fearing the end, rather welcoming it to be one with the things one loves.  I have been there, many times .  Thank you for sharing

wordjewels ... Excellent!
" ... for now a valence of dust shadows the goddess
while she seeks to restore her internal sun".                                                                                She will, she will. No doubt!

Deep into the sea went He from the left, and out came He and shone bright from the right.

Thank you Teddy, Sam and Soulbuilder. It's great to be read and heard, from these core corners of myself. I have found spiritual community here on Blogit.

Re: A poem of hope...
Great to hear from you cheugon. Thank you. That hope was mustered up due to the process of writing. It was an emotional moment. Japan is a great place to spiritually retreat. There is an underlying serenity here. Take care.

A poem of hope...
...for the Land of the Rising Sun....and for yourself? I love the "tobacco smoke" metaphor for America....so apropos! Flowing and eloquent verse!
