Auslander
As usual, utterly delightful! And I have made up my mind - the next time in Europe (probably next year), I'll be visiting the Neckar valley...

wonderful description

I have always wanted to visit Germany ever since I had a German psychology student for a roommate. I have since lost contact with her, but your description has renewed my interest.

Most of Europe and Japan use midwives. The United States is the only country among the developed countries that do not use midwifery as the primary birthing method. Women giving birth in hospitals via elected C-Section: Capitalism and medical technology at its worst. Thank you for visiting and commenting on my blog.

Continue being the blessing that you are.

Thank you all! It is always a pleasure to write for such a good "audience". Next stop, Neckargemünd!

Wow, you make everything you describe sound so beautiful I had to stop myself from calling the travel agent.  Gorgeous descriptions and very interesting facts about the town's and the forest's names I truly enjoyed reading you,  can't wait for more :-)

No it can't. I want you to know how refreshing your writing is for me. I love the little inserts that personalize it even more.  sam
