Wear firm bra, silky and flowing tops more like huggy ones or straight lined shirts, don't wear too floral, that make you look bigger and if it's a concern.

keep hair straight, wavy or curly hair make you look fatter, then tell yourself your weight is a number......but you are smart and pretty....

Laugh a lot, your ab get excercise by that way, power walk with all strength......

remember every one love you, and keep that in mind, eat stress reducing foods, yellow fruits and vegetables, keep yellow flowers or lemon in your room....

Keep you stress free and make you look happier, healthier and eat only when you are hungry....

You are going to be beautiful as you wish.....

Aco
I am 5'2 and weigh much too much these days. A short gal seems even heavier than she really is and a short gal always looks bigger on top too. But the first thing we gain when we gain weight is our boobs and the first thing we loose when we loose weight is our boobs.

Dear Beautiful Young Lady;

There isn't a woman on the planet that doesn't want to 'wish' some body part away! I'm going to tell you something a friend just said to me the other day (regarding our plump, pouty lips), actually it's only been about six months since she paid $2000 each for her well-endowed new look! She said, "You know white woman pay good money to have lips like ours!" I nearly laughed my well-rounded booty right out of my chair!

Maybe you have the same problem I have; because I am very curvacious (46x32x46) plus about 36" on each inseam...(could wrap my legs around a compact car!)..plus 5'8" plus, plus, plus (I am a PLUS-SIZE woman) and NOT a shopper, I have a terrible, almost painful time shopping. It has taken me years to find clothing that fits and flatters and doesn't break my pocketbook at the same time. I have many well-intentioned friends and relatives (about the same clothing size) who give me massive amounts of clothing that just doesn't fit them or they don't like (many shopaholics surrounding weird me) but guess what? Even the most beautiful of business suits, gowns, expensive jeans, etc., NEVER fit. It is soooo disappointing; almost always too short or if the butt's big enough the waist is huge or the blouses & shirts are too big or way too small across the chest. It has been a dilema all of my life. So, I'm no fashion designer nor seamstress but my mom gave me her old but fairly decent sewing machine and I've been ripping clothing apart and putting it back together, tailored to fit weird me, for many years. Just a thought; second suggestion - seek out particular stores online for 'plus size' woman and don't consider yourself unusual because MOST woman in US are PLUS, don't let the media fool you into believing otherwise...it's just that 90% of our clothing is imported from foreign countries...foreign designer's ideas of normal are not even realistic!

I do yoga, dance and hike...because i sit for a living. I also eat very healthy (not a junk food person) but I battled 10-30 pounds for half of my life. Way too much time wasted on feeling bad about my body. Hey, this is it! Give yourself a big hug and say I'M BEAUTIFUL JUST LIKE I AM...and remember beautiful is as beautiful does. If you're confident and feel beautiful that is how the world sees you. FYS had excellent suggestions; I do the empire waste blouses as well. They are flattering to us curvacious, vulumptuous yummy woman (that men love by the way). Curvacious and vulumptuous is feminine and more appealing to most men (so I have been told most of my life) more so than stick woman. lol....no offense to sleek and slender woman everywhere!  DONT WASTE YOUR LIFE WISHING YOUR BEAUTIFUL SELF AWAY! Go out there and be your beautiful self darlin'

Get into a stretching routine and tone those areas up that are bugging you. Just do it!  sam

Can I make a fashion suggestion?

with a large bustline and extra weight, look for clothing that is tailored, and utilize empire waisted tops.  they are very figure flattering.  I know, I've been there.

Don't shop at Abercrombie and Fitch, either.  It will only depress you.
